As I continue my spiritual expansion and evolution, I have also somehow fit in a lot of training, as well… so I can better learn how to harness my abilities, as well as how to best heal myself, help to heal others, and to help others learn how to heal themselves. The easy way to look at it: There’s a reason that there are so many flavors of ice cream – not everyone likes vanilla or chocolate! I look at energy work in the same way: Essentially, the end results are the same; it’s personal preference and what works best for someone in the moment that should determine what will work best right then.

I am also now an ordained minister of the Order of Melchizedek via the Sanctuary of the Beloved, which subscribes to the ethics and beliefs of Universal equality, Oneness, and unconditional love.

Harnessing and Practicing Psychic/Spiritual Abilities

If you read my first blog post (see In the Rabbit Hole We Go!) and the About Me page for this Website, you’ll know that I’ve been inadvertently preparing myself for this wonderful time for my entire life… well before what I call my “Grand Awakening” in 2009. Therefore, when it was first suggested that I started to meditate regularly, I knew exactly how to do so right away – because I’ve lived out enough of my life circumstances to learn a wide variety of different ways to do so. Then, in getting my husband started, I did further research, and now I speak to a lot of people about the importance of clearing the mind to open up to the rest of the Universe, as well as a multitude of ways to do so (for more information about that, I’ve started a page dedicated to doing just that; see Meditation).

Likewise, I’ve inadvertently learned how to harness a lot of spiritual and psychic ability without even knowing it over the years! I learned how to positively use my empathic abilities to improve productivity and positive outcome in the workplace… yet I never knew that’s what I was doing. Many times, I’ve followed my “hunches,” for very positive outcomes; and I found that I could be as much of a control freak as I wanted, but it was undeniable that the more I just “went with the flow,” the more effective I was, in any area of my life.

Once I was verbally instructed in the best way to meditate to open up to the other planes of existence, how to get identification from Guides, and then how to auto-type/auto-write (see my first post on that, 1st Contact…), it all simply fell open for me. The more I did, the more I was “told” how to do… my Guides were more than happy to share!

Then, once I opened up, I found it very helpful to take a course that simply introduced methods of “flexing that spiritual/psychic muscle,” so to speak! As with anything, the more you practice, the more refined and strong your ability becomes. I happened upon some great courses on tapping into my intuition… which helped me to refine the abilities I’d uncovered. Not only did they offer regular practice and useful exercises, but they also gave me a sort of “support group” with others who are going through the same thing as I am – from completely different perspectives and experiences!

Reiki
Certified Usui Reiki Master

This was my “formal entrance” into energy and healing work, and is a GREAT place to start! It was introduced to me when one of my dogs, River, was diagnosed with Stage 4 lymphoma; my husband and I took it to help as palliative care. We spent a considerable amount of time helping River through his last days, and he loved it when we gave him Reiki! In fact, as he had a brief suffering period – for about an hour – struggling for breath as he was about to pass on, I actually sat with my hands on him, giving him Reiki to help him “over.” It was one of the most awesome and loving experiences I’ve ever had with a pet!

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy.” So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.” (from http://www.reiki.org)

There are a number of studies going on regarding the effectiveness of Reiki; the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) acknowledges Reiki as a valid modality; more information can be found on the NCCAM site.

Trinity Energy
Original Facilitator/Instructor/Practitioner

I was gifted this energy in Fall of 2011; it was presented to me as “the energy of the Divine Trinity” – the Divine Mother, Divine Father, and Divine Child by it was introduced to me by Ascended Master Mary, Archangel Ezekiel, and Ascended Master Jeshua. It’s a powerful introduction into the “newly remembered energies” of our spiritual evolution; tapping into and breaking down the walls to the phenomenal vibration of Christ Consciousness within every one of us. Trinity Energy allows us to brighten the Light within ourselves, and also see and help brighten the Light of others. I was told specifically that the side effect of this energy is healing; because of it’s level of vibration and pure, beautiful intensity, it brings negative energy (including attached entities) to the surface for extraction and dissolution in a moment, while providing a powerful conduit to the feeling of Oneness, connection, and personal evolution. This energy feels different than any other energetic modality I’ve experienced; traditionally, I’ve felt energy coming through me, as a conduit to the recipient . With Trinity Energy, the energy feels distinctly as if it’s coming from within and emanating outward; connecting in with the recipient is like melding into one, and emanating that Light together from within. It’s amazing!

This energy unfolds and continues to intensify in its power as the practitioner evolves, and simultaneously helps the practitioner to evolve in an accelerated fashion.

Arcing Radial Light Healing
Certified Practitioner and Instructor

I signed up to take this class before I even really knew what it was all about, and before I’d ever received a session of ©Arcing Radial Light (ARL) healing… that’s how much it just called out to me! When I received my first session prior to taking the class to become a practitioner, I was blown away. The energy is like nothing else I’ve experienced before, and next to Theta Healing, it’s my favorite healing modality.

ARL is a type of spiritual energy healing associated with the Divine Feminine energies that was “gifted” to Lorna Malmberg by the Archangels in 2002. ARL involves a spiraling energetic light penetrating through to the core energy level to unblock emotional barriers and rebalance the energy field. This results in shifts in consciousness, relief from stress and fear, positive attitude changes, and mental clarity. Once healing at the core level has begun, it affects healing at all levels, creating a solid foundation upon which to build a strong mind, body, and spirit.

Where Reiki energy – wonderful in itself – often feels like a direct “zap” at a particular point, ARL feels like a comprehensive pull throughout the body and is a softer but often a much more extensive adjustment – as the receiver typically receives a range of different experiences, such as a floating feeling, colors, and sometimes even profound imagery.

When I received my first ARL session, I was fascinated at the symbolic and profound imagery that passed through my head during the session; what was even more awesome was that behind my closed eyes, I could see about 8-10 women who had “joined” around the table while my instructor was working on me, including Isis, Mary Magdalene, Kali, Quan Yin, the Crone, and White Buffalo Woman. In other sessions, I’ve seen Mother Mary, Shekinah, Woman of the Woods (whom animals LOVE – yes, they can and love to get ARL, too!), and others with whom I’ve been previously unfamiliar. I have yet to conduct or receive a session where I don’t “see” at least a few of the Divine Feminine – and sometimes an Archangel or two – come in to assist!

Every single time I’ve given and received ARL – regardless of the practitioner/receiver – the session has been a completely unique experience, but the results have been the same: If the correct intention is placed for the session, a lot of deep work goes on in a quick but very loving and nurturing way. It’s definitely something everyone should try!

Munay-Ki/Shamanic Practices
Certified to Give and Instruct on How to Give the Munay-Ki Rites

As I’ve always been attracted to and in tune with nature in varying degrees, it just seemed natural to explore work in the shamanistic realm. Though I haven’t been formally schooled as a shaman, I’ve had the benefit of finding and getting to know several who have in my home area (and beyond), which has afforded me access I wouldn’t otherwise have into this world.

What really started me off was when I took a class on receiving and learning how to give and teach the gift of Munay-Ki - nine rites that are based on the initiatory practices of the Inka and pre-Inka shamans of the Andes and Amazon. What amazing work… and it was amazing the openings that receiving the rites provided! The 3 days of class, followed by the 14 weeks of the “seeds” of the rites taking root in my consciousness, completely opened my eyes to experiences I hadn’t understood before. I’ve subsequently assisted in foll0w-up classes, gifted the rites to others, and will most likely offer the class in the future.

The word munay means “I love you” or “be as thou art.” The prophecies of the Ancient Americas speak about a new human, ”homo luminous,” appearing on the planet–one who lives free of fear and resides in his or her transcendent nature. The Munay-Ki are the codes for the new human delivered in the form of energetic transmissions and received as seeds in the energetic architecture of the luminous body that surrounds the physical body, transforming our energy field into that of “homo luminous.”

My husband and I also took a live online course offered bya nationally known shaman who is author of several books on the topic, on Shamanism in the 21st Century. In this class, we learned how to do lower world, middle world, and upper world journeys, and we also learned a lot about the messages that nature provides while exploring our connection to it.

I continue the exploration of these practices as my growth continues; it integrates phenomenally into all the other parts of spiritual practice, while also strengthening our connections in many ways.

ThetaHealing®
Certified Practitioner

I would say that above and beyond all other modalities that I have thus far experienced and utilized, ThetaHealing is my favorite… and it is very powerful! It actually cuts out the “fluff” of some other modalities and teaches us how to reconnect our conscious path directly within our core to Creator/Source/God, who is within all of us; it enables us to tap directly into our Oneness and intuition, and then, in knowing our Oneness and unconditional love of Creator/Source/God, largely utilizes the principles of “intentioned watching” to “watch” Creator/Source/God do the actual work while in Theta state – where the mind is capable of deep and profound learning, healing, and growth – it is the brain wave where our minds can connect to the Divine and manifest changes in the material world.(Intentioned watching is something that has been proven true today in quantum physics; a great and easy-to-understand write-up of these findings is in the book The Intention Experiment, by Lynne Taggart.)

Just my completion of the Basic, Advanced, and Manifesting courses in ThetaHealing has propelled my intuitive abilities well beyond any other modality I’ve learned to date; I can’t even describe the profound changes it has made in me!

It also complements well with all other modalities I’ve learned; the way I explain it is like when you’re looking through the lens of a 35mm camera that’s slightly fuzzy… and then adjusting the lens just a tad to get a breathtaking picture!

Shamballa 13D Multi-Dimensional 13D Healing
Certified Master Healer

I first discovered Shamballa shortly after my husband and I received our Reiki II attunements; my husband kept on getting some “new” symbols in meditation, and Ascended Master St. Germain “popped in” during several meditations of mine. I’d read somewhere that it is believed that St. Germain was the head honcho at the healing temple of Atlantis, and that there had formerly been quite an extensive library of Divine symbols that was exponentially more vast and powerful than the symbols that are used in Usui Reiki today. As we are (re-)evolving as a planet, it would be the right time for some of the extended symbols to come back in… so I was doing research for my husband, to figure out his puzzle, when I came across someone’s Website discussing Shamballa as a modality that provides that extension. I was fascinated; found the original Shamballa Foundation in Europe, and then subsequently, found the United States Foundation… and via the one registered member here in North Carolina, found out that there was a class scheduled for Master Healer already planned for several months out. Surprisingly, my husband wasn’t interested, but I decided to take the class myself!

I’ve found that the Shamballa system has truly reinforced and exponentially boosted the power of my overall healing and psychic/intuitive abilities by expanding the bandwidth of my “highway” to the higher dimensions. To explain it simply, the openings, activations, and releases further tightened my conscious bond with my I AM presence, the Ascended Masters, as well as our Universal Mother/Father Creator – who are all within every single one of us, just waiting for the path to be cleared! In addition, it has pushed everything to the “next level”; truly complementary to Reiki and any other healing and spiritual practice.

The central core of Shamballa is:

Love for oneself and an innate knowingness of the Oneness of every single one of us with each other, Mother/Father God, and all of Creation;
Freedom from all that stands in the way of that knowingness; and
Freedom to know who you are, to step into your Power, and to step into your Mastery.

Crystal and Herb Work
Extended study and use

I found myself naturally attracted to gemstone crystals and their vibrations more than 20 years ago; I had a fascination with them for awhile, then put them away. In 2009, when I rediscovered my attunement to them, I found I still had a majority of the stones from that initial adoration period! My interest and studies have grown, and I’ve taken multiple classes in their use for healing and meditation.

As for herbs, I have been using them for more than a decade as a full alternative to most pharmaceuticals; in fact, when I left the large corporate world in ’06, it was to build an organic herb nursery I’d started, which ran until 2009.

Herbs combine well as a supportive therapy with many others, including almost any healing or medical modality.

Past Life Regressions
Practitioner, multiple approaches

My fascination with past lives began years ago; as far back as I can remember, I would “remember’ things that I would otherwise have no purpose of remembering… and I was certain that I had lived before! Then, over the years, I would have dreams or even visions that were COMPLETELY CLEAR… where I was a completely different person (yes, both male and female, depending on the experience). When I had my “Grand Awakening” in 2009, I started getting random downloads of multiple existences, where I would instantly “remember” the lifetime once I was inserted into its memory.

Many phobias and otherwise unexplainable issues are believed to stem from residual events in other lives that continue to need resolution and release! Whether you believe in actual past lives or if you believe that they’re made up, the cause for the recall is typically a way for the brain and/or spirit to remember or heal an outstanding event or issue.

I’ve had the fortune to learn how to tap into the memories of past lives (my own or helping others to) from some very gifted and well-trained practitioners, as well as some in the ethers!
