In early 2011 – one morning, when I was on the elliptical working out – I was gifted with the idea of producing a quick, 10(ish)-minute Webcast on a regular basis, covering a variety of spiritual and metaphysical topics. I wrote down some notes after I was done working out… and promptly forgot about it. Then, several months later, in meditation, the idea came up again, with quite a stronger push behind it! So, here they are. The name came to me as easily as the idea… “A Cuppa C,” because a) they’re to be posted in the morning, for no longer than it would take most to drink a cup of coffee, tea, water, whatever; and b) “C” has a double meaning: the cuppa coffee thing (the obvious), but also “Creator” – or Spirit, God, Source, whatever you call the all-encompassing power of the Universe. As soon as it came to me, I loved it!

And so, here they are.

I post these to YouTube in the morning twice per week (started on Tuesday and Thursday, but Monday and Thursday work much better). I don’t plan these Webcasts out… except to ask for guidance in meditation the day before; and then I typically just know what I’m supposed to cover, like a download. Great stuff!
